Coaching Philosophy.... as a coach my purpose is to provide players with the opportunity to develop and improve their skills by applying the appropriate progressions necessary to take them to the next level. The great game of hockey should be an enjoyable experience and played with passion, determination and discipline. But most of all it should be FUN!!!
